Janta Indian Rustica has a strong, full bodied taste that uses the finest quality flu cured Andhra Pradesh tobaccos that provide a rich and distinct aroma. Moist hay, mushroom and tanned leather complement the natural spicy and sweet molasses scent. This base note is then enhanced with one of several popular flavors.

Janta Rustica Joker brings to the tin, the citrus tang of a freshly picked orange. The sunny sweet flavor enhances the experience of snuffing and provides a balance to the strong flu cured taste of rustica tobacco. This provides the perfect morning pick me up to face any day. Well worth a try and will help keep your spirits high.

An 8 ounce glass of orange juice has 120 calories, which is about the same as a 5 ounce glass of red wine. As someone who tries to limit caloric intake, I try to reserve my consumption liquids to products that are impactful: such as water, coffee or alcohol. I distinguish little between soda pop or soft dinks and juice. They both bring in more calories than they are worth. Although, I do enjoy the taste of freshly squeezed orange juice, especially after a greasy breakfast. I just do not want the calories. JNF’s Indian Rustica “Joker” is a Foodsnuff, with the added bonus of a healthful amount of nicotine to open the eyes and awaken the senses. At first address, “Joker” smells of a newly quartered Valencia orange and oiled saddle leather. Taupe like the rest of the Rustica range, it has the consistency of wet sand that has dried in the sun. Scraping it with a snuff spoon or paddle turns it to powder. Upon uptake, “Joker” offers-up a juicy burn that tastes like North African clementines; clementines being a hybrid of mandarin and sweet oranges, as discovered by the French missionary Clément Rodier. Pleasant and long in the nose, this snuff feels wet and serves well to cut the fattiness of any good hangover breakfast.
