S NTSU was my favorite SA until my first toot of TAXI, which is now not only my favorite SA but one of my top snuffs overall.
Some like to air it out, but I like it best at it's freshest, when there's still a ton of moisture and aroma. I wouldn't classify it as barnyard at all, it's more of a rich sweetness, like freshground coffee (as is the grind).
Dark, coarse, and strong like bull.
